Mindfulness and Relaxation Experience: Participants will learn from an experienced instructor what mindfulness is and how they can benefit from being more mindful in their lives. They will explore what mindfulness means to them as individuals and discuss ways in which they can integrate mindfulness into their every day lives.
Coping Techniques Education: Participants will learn how to deal with difficult situations in a healthy way instead of reacting and utilizing old habits that no longer serve them.
Exploring the following tools to confront conflict from a mindful and peaceful place.
