To be of assistance in eliminating Substance Abuse and Substance Dependency from the Individual, the Family, the Community, the Workplace, and within the State of California and beyond.

We will LEAD the way in uniting Compassion and Professionalism. Our mission also includes providing Mental Health Services, Employment Barrier Counseling, and Anger Management Education.
